染髮為何會令皮膚敏感或過敏?
其實,敏感與過敏是兩個不同的情況。敏感是指皮膚處於脆弱的狀態,容易受到外界影響;過敏則是指皮膚受到各種過敏原刺激後產生紅腫、熱、痛、痕癢、起水泡、脫皮等現象。也可以是由紫外線、食物、季節、藥物、化學物質、遺傳等因素引起;過敏原刺激身體內的自由基並氧化嗜鹼細胞和肥大細胞,當免疫系統受到攻擊破壞而引起過敏。
嚴格而言,染髮引起的皮膚敏感不是敏感,是過敏才對。
一般使用染髮劑時,使用者只會將染髮劑用於頭髮上,頭髮是不會過敏的,因為在頭皮上的髮絲是沒有生命的,有生命的只是毛囊內的髮根部份。但絕大多數的染髮過程中,頭部皮膚總會有機會接觸少量染髮劑。
有研究指染髮劑用於頭髮後,其中的化學物質會沿著頭髮滲透到頭部皮膚,但這個研究結果得不到科學界的廣泛認同。

天然洗潔劑苦茶粉、苦茶渣
在物質缺乏的時代,老一輩的阿嬤都知道,苦茶渣有很多用處,可以洗碗盤、洗澡洗臉、洗髮護髮........等。在工業發達、化學清潔劑盛行時代,大家把它遺忘了,直到人們意識到化學清潔劑對環境、生態、人體健康之傷害時,這種原始、自然的環保清潔劑再度被重視。
苦茶粉、苦茶渣是苦茶籽榨過油 (苦茶油) 後的殘渣,含豐富之植物皂素,因其殺菌力強,常被作為魚塭之殺菌劑,若把它精製細化,可以方便的作為家庭環保洗潔劑,因用途不同可分為洗滌用(苦茶粉)、盥洗用(苦茶渣)。
洗滌用(苦茶粉)
特性:含有天然植物皂素,清洗餐具、蔬菜、水果時,殺菌、去污力強、好沖又好洗、不殘留、不傷玉手,並能分解蔬果殘存農藥,是天然的環保洗潔粉。
用法:
餐具清洗—約一湯匙的苦茶粉,加半碗水調勻,再以菜瓜布沾拭清洗。或先將菜瓜布浸濕,沾少許苦茶粉直接擦洗,再用清水沖洗。
蔬果洗滌—適量的苦茶粉加水調勻,再將蔬果浸泡洗滌、清水沖洗。
注意事項:請用容器儲存、保持乾燥,開封後二個月內用完。
盥洗用(苦茶渣)
特性:含有天然植物皂素、維生素E、α-tocopherol等,可用於沐浴、浸泡香港腳......等。
沐浴:將一小包之苦茶渣丟進熱水中、浸泡五分鐘,再以手搓揉幾下,水變淡咖啡色即可洗澡,苦茶包同時可用以代替香皂,對皮膚乾燥或冬癢症效果更好。浴後皮膚香郁、光滑細緻。
浸泡香港腳:將一小包之苦茶渣以清水煮沸,待稍降溫,加1小匙的鹽,再將患處浸於溶液中20分鐘,晾乾勿擦拭,連續幾次即可見效(可再配合醫生處方的藥膏,效果更佳)。
護膚皂:苦茶渣(粕)加入以取代山黏土粉,增加磨砂去油功能。因含有天然植物皂素能自然分解油脂,對容易出油的皮膚應特別有效。要注意的是,苦茶渣顆粒有些有點粗,記得不要拿皂在皮膚上直接搓下去(其實一般而言沐浴潔顏的皂都先用手或起泡網、沐浴海綿等搓出泡沫再使用比較好)。
注意事項:請勿讓苦茶渣液碰觸眼睛或傷口。請用容器儲存、保持乾燥,開封後二個月內用完。
苦茶粉很環保、很好用,但也有缺點,使用過後之殘液,若直接倒入家庭排水管,苦茶粉可能沾粘管壁,最後使管子不通。一般改善是:洗後之殘液,倒入排水溝或拿來澆花(當肥料兼殺菌)或稍待沉澱撈起固體部份再倒掉清水。苦茶渣因有紗布包裹,無沾粘問題,用過之苦茶包直接丟棄或當肥料皆可。

十二時辰人體經絡循行表
十二個時辰所對應人體的十二條經
大家在古裝劇中常聽到「時辰」這兩個字,許多人只是把它當作計時的一種單位,我們現在的兩個小時等於一個時辰。不過這也展現了古代人對人體運行的認識,其實人體運行是有一個時間規律的,現代科學也發現人體有所謂的生物時鐘,而在古代人們就發現了十二時辰也對應人體運行的十二經脈。「十二時辰」是將晝夜分成十二個時間段,每段以十二地支名稱命名,每一個時辰也對應一個經脈。「十二時辰」與現在的二十四小時的對應及人體對應部位如下表:

子時 23-1時 膽經 宜睡眠中
「膽為中正之官,五臟六腑取決於膽。氣以壯膽,邪不能侵。膽氣虛則怯,氣短,謀而不能決斷。」
膽經興旺時,膽汁就會推陳出新,當人膽氣足便會有決斷力,睡眠充足,膽氣強壯,病毒不容易入侵。相反膽氣虛弱,則容易怯懦,疑慮而不能作出判斷,所以:「膽有多清,腦有多清。」所以充足睡眠,必會膽色過人。如果過了十一時仍然不睡,容易面色清白。假若要養生調理身體的時候,必須十一時前入睡。
丑時 1-3時 肝經 宜睡眠中
「肝主流泄,主藏血,主筋。」
肝主管全身的舒暢通達,一但肝臟疏通宣泄不好,容易引致肝氣鬱結,同時肝有調節血的功能,人體的筋是支配全身關節的運動,並靠肝血滋養。當肝經興旺時,肝血推陳出新,將舊血陶汰,令新血產生,而人躺膽休息則將血液回歸肝臟處理。
所以丑時前未能入睡,面色大多變得青灰,所以一時前必須入睡,否則人因肝血不足容易造成皮下出血,牙齦出血,眼底出血等症狀,因肝臟將新鮮血液供應給各個器官。夜睡之人亦會出現情緒及意志疲倦、懈怠、容易暴躁,肝陽上亢,甚致產生肝病。
寅時 3-5時 肺經 宜起床 (深呼吸、外出運動散佈最佳)
「肺主氣,肺朝百脈,主肅降,通調水道。」
肺的主要功能是掌控呼吸,即讓身體進行氣體交換。當肺經興旺時,便將新鮮的肝血輸送到身體百脈,來迎接新的一天,並且將水份下送至膀胱排出體外使身體內部水道暢通,避免水濕停滯。
所以,人應早睡早起,有充足的睡眠習慣時,清晨起來面色紅潤,精力充沛。肺部強壯能產生衛氣(保衛之氣),滋養保護皮膚,使肌肉表面堅固密實,抵抗力強,不易受病毒入侵身體。有患肺病者於寅時反應較強,較難入睡。
卯時 5-7時 大腸經 宜排便及早餐時間
「肺與大腸相表里」
肺的正常功能是以清肅下降為暢順,如果肺氣相反上逆可導致氣喘、咳嗽等病。當肺氣下降暢順則導致大腸功能正常,大便通暢,若大腸積滯不通或有便秘,反過來亦會影響肺氣下降。
所以,早睡早起,肺功能強壯便能夠防止便秘,而排便時間最好在每朝大腸經興旺時進行

胃的主要功能是容納所有食物而將其消化。胃等同一處加工車間,將營養輸送到肺,肺便把營養傳送其他臟腑。胃喜愛濕潤而厭惡燥熱。
當胃經興旺時,適宜進行消化,有利身體將吸收養份。農村人民多吃早飯而開始一天的工作。故飲食養生建議早餐、午餐吃得像王帝,晚餐吃得像平民,是有其道理的,切勿早上捱饑抵餓,晚上卻狼吞虎嚥,大吃大喝。

「脾主運化、統血、主四肢肌肉」
脾是主管食物的消化、吸收、排泄。食物由胃初步消化後,再由脾進一步消化,並將營養吸收,再通過肺部輸送到全身各部位,並且與肺、腎共同配合,維持身體內水份津液的平衡,並且脾有統領血液的功能,讓血循著經絡運行,所以脾虛可引致各種出血症狀。當脾功能正常,肌肉變得健壯豐滿,四肢有力。
當早餐過後,脾經興旺時,消化及吸收良好,導致血液質素提升,人會面色紅潤。如果巳時仍然入睡,使脾不能正常運作,因而導致肌肉消瘦、四肢無力、面唇淡白或萎黃、沒有光彩。
午時 11-13時 心經 宜午睡 (切忌趴著睡,會越睡越累)
「心主神志、主血脈」
心氣可推動人體血液運行、養神、養氣、養筋骼,假若神志強,則情緒偏向積極,能夠承受任何外界壓力,所以心經旺時,有利於全身的血液循環,所以午間小睡片刻有利心臟養生,可使下午至晚上能精力充沛,能夠應附任何工作。
未時 13-15時 小腸經 宜下午茶 (吸收較好所以怕胖者須注意)
小腸的功能是接受胃輸送來的食物,將其分門別類,吸收其營養,水液歸去膀胱,糟粕送入大腸,精華上輸往脾臟,所以,未時是全身的營養進行調整,所以我們要在小腸經旺的時候進食午餐,有利於營養的吸收

三焦為六腑中的最大,主持各種人身體的氣,疏通體內的水道,三焦中,上焦指心肺,負責營養物的輸送;中焦指脾胃,負責消化功能;下焦指肝、腎,膀胱和大、小腸,負責排泄功能。所以,三焦經興旺時適宜休養生息,讓所有器官進入睡眠狀態,而人應該在此時入睡。古語有云:「百歲老人亥前睡覺。」
這個「人體生物鐘」走到哪兒,身體該做什麼,身體自然知道。所以,吃飯、睡覺、排泄一般都有規律。這個「鐘」不僅會告訴人何時該做什麼,如果你一直違反它的指令的話,也會停止運行。人體的這個「鐘」與我們日常生活中的時間緊密相連,息息相通的。
古人發現人體的氣血是人體的精微、精華,具有一定的流動性。氣血是通過經絡流動到機體各部,灌注營養臟腑、四肢百脈。這種流行灌注各臟腑組織具有像潮水漲落一樣的時間節律。當某時辰氣血流注到某經脈臟腑時,該部位就處於功能旺盛時,時辰過了功能就慢慢衰減;直到某一時辰此臟腑部位氣血流注最不足時,其功能則處於最衰時。這就是十二時辰與人體節律的關聯性。
大家在武俠小說或電視劇中常見到的「點穴」,就是根據人體生命鐘的走向,當人的血脈氣機走到某一經脈的特定穴位時,點一下,或者使人站著不能動,或者使人躺著不能起,幾小時後,會自動解開。這可不是神話或是作者的想像,精通人體醫學氣脈運行的人,真的是可以用一指神功做到的喔!
真正的健康定義是身、心靈「靈、魂、體」完全活在正常狀態中,所以聰明人投資健康,明白人關注健康,無知人莫視健康,糊途人透支健康。
除了休息和飲食,運動和生活型式亦要多加注意,我們亦可以堅持四個八的生活原則:「日行八千步、夜眠八小時、三餐八分飽、一日八杯水」。
